Hello all and welcome to my blog.  Many of you know me from my weekly radio show, OPEN HOUSE WITH ELLEN KATZMAN.

The show is produced by my friend and associate, Michele DeLisio.

As most of you know, I am a working real estate agent, as is Michele.  Each Sunday I discuss a topic related to what's going on in the real estate market.  This coming Sunday, September 9th, I'm going to have a guest from Realtor.com.  He'll be discussing what's new on their website and how to maximize their site. 

The following Sunday, September 16th, my guest will be Sam Kramer, Esq.  Sam is a real estate attorney and he'll be in the studio live, to answer your legal, real estate questions and provide you with tips about how to avoid the most common mistakes made by buyers and sellers.

I am new as a blogger so I welcome your feedback and comments regarding this site.
